<b>"What is our definition of the word “science?” Why would a study of our soul and spirit be any less scientific than the study of plants or animals? Why would we not want a science that reveals man to himself? Isn’t this information that could help us express more of our spiritual nature."</b>

Being an astrologer myself, I can wholly sympathize with the 'anti-astrology' community. Why? Because astrology cannot be quantified... and quantification is the 'end-all, be-all' of science... the 'definition' of science so-to-speak. 'Traditional' science deals with 'material' forms, not chaos... and 'chaos' is the essential 'force majeure' of astrology.

As a simple example... there are over 6-billion people on this planet, and each one has a different fingerprint... no two are exactly alike. That is how 'science' can determine if one is at the scene of a crime or not. As such, each one of these people also has a different 'astrological fingerprint'... no two are exactly alike. But, unlike fingerprints that can place one at a 'scene', astrological fingerprints cannot place us anywhere but within our own selves.

Hence, why one person who is a victim of child-abuse breaks the cycle, and another continues the cycle. Why should this be so? Well, obviously, to us astrologers, such variances are revealed in the chart. But to 'science', the individual is not what is considered 'quantifiable'. It is the 'collective' that has been chosen to 'prove' or 'disprove' quantifiability.

'To Thine Own Self Be True' and 'Know Thyself' are axioms that undeniably pertain to the 'individual', not the collective. As man is not just a 'form-body, a physical-body' but is also endowed with psychological, spiritual, mental, and emotional bodies of energy, science cannot begin to fathom, thus quantify, the underlying chaos that makes one person be one way, and another person be another way.

And, in the end, this is a good thing. Why? Because if science could quantify us, then we would have no individual work to do... no individual evolution because the process of evolving ourselves lies wholly within our own selves. It is up to each of us individually to discover what 'we' are about. You're quite right to reiterate, 'when the student is ready, the teacher appears'. And those teachers raise the octave of 'science' from the study and quantification of manifested Mercurial 'forms', (the 'effects' observed but created from forces unknown, and for reasons unknown), to that of the study of those abstract Uranian chaotic forces which represent the 'cause' of material manifestation... and, the 'why' of them.

It is my contention that each and every soul on this planet will eventually become his/her own astrologer. In the grander 'scheme of things', it can be no other way; for every soul is sovereign... no one can tell another what is, or is not, 'true' for them or about them. To 'Know Thyself' requires such individual effort. After all is said and done, 'traditional' science's refutation of astrology is a 'blessing in disguise'.

I looked at their website. It is quite interesting. I can appreciate the 36 cards as they represent the 3 expressions of each sign through some wonderful symbolism. I will read some more and keep my eye out for the cards. It is certainly worth visiting the site.

Thanks for sharing this with everybody here. That is what Divine Approach is about.
